What this role actually means
You own the commercial engine of your region:
Regional growth strategy and execution
Revenue, partnerships, and enterprise deals
Local brand positioning and market penetration
Building and leading the regional team
Turning opportunities into closed business — consistently
This is full accountability. No hiding behind structure. No waiting for instructions.

Proven industry track record — you’ve built revenue before
Strong commercial instincts — you know how to close and scale
Entrepreneurial mindset — ownership over excuses
